Update the software/patient’s file as needed (revocations, D/C and respite care)

Submit an accurate daily hospice census report for regional administrator

Schedule weekly hospice aide visits, ensuring that care plan’s frequencies are met

Verify hospice aide time log, ensuring that all care plans, mileage and accurate visit times are enter correctly

Inform the nurses and nurse practitioner of monthly patients’ re-certifications, ensuring that face to face visits and RN re-certifications visits get completed in a timely manner

Process and print orders for hospice physician’s signature

Ensure that all orders/re-certifications/admissions documents get signed, by the hospice physician before the end of the month (prior to submitting the monthly billing)

Complete Nurses’ on call schedule and update as needed

Keep all the staff up to day with new patients’ information

Actively participates in company’s trainings/in-services
