Project / Logistics Management and Support
Responsible for directing, developing, or performing logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program.
Identifies the specific requirements for funding, manpower, materials, facilities, and services needed to support the program and correlating those requirements with program plans to assure that the needed support is provided at the right time and place.

Material Control and Quality Assurance

Led the team effort to eliminate all over-aged Non-Mission Capable (NMC) equipment work orders, accomplishing the complete elimination of the work orders within 4 months, while deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism.

Maintenance Management, Supervision and Training
Managed / directed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as required, including repair of combat vehicles, tactical vehicles, communications and electronic materiel, artillery, support equipment, small arms and crew served weapons, engineer equipment and operations involving allied trades.
Responsible for maintaining a 95% operational readiness for over 400 pieces of equipment, supervising and managing all aspects of a Battalion’s Maintenance Program, which includes shop operations, command maintenance, environmental compliance, automation systems, the Army Oil Analysis Program, Class IX Budget and repair parts support.
Monitored and controlled a battalion Material Readiness File (MRF) providing justification for all Class IX expenditures and fiscal year budget allocation of over $7,000,000 for all supported units
