TransCanada Main Line and Compressor Station Projects, August 2013- Present Position- Chief Inspector and Welding Inspector: Proven leadership to provide oversight over coordinating and managing construction inspection activities, documentation to ensure asset protection and compliance with company procedures and DOT regulations of welding, excavation, pipeline coatings and work activities within ROW and station facilities in North Dakota, South Dakota, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Illinois. Testing of welders, monitoring site welding, construct, and organize documentation. Responsible decisions in the field for the required work to be accomplished, cost control of projects in area of responsibility also promote a positive safety culture. Oversight and Inspection over contractor’s installation of new brown field compressor stations also replacing heat exchangers, separators, piping and valves, mainline relay, Class piping change out on main line, Rehabilitation digs, Casing inspection, remove & installation of pig launchers and receivers with extra modifications. Enbridge Mainline Projects, August 2012- August 2013 Position- Assistant Construction Manager: Completed over 50 station projects and 600 Integrity digs on time and within set budgets. I supervised up to 50 contractor crews and all supporting personnel. Direct oversight of contractor’s estimates, budget, support testing welders, scheduling dig crews, site utility /welding inspectors, NDE crews, risk management to ensure pipeline integrity. Support internal and external audits. My personal interfacing with engineering, land service agents and environmental teams. Enbridge Mainline Projects, June 2011 – August 2012 Position –QA /QC Welding and NDE Coordinator: Worked as a Welding and NDE Coordinator also as a Senior Lead CWI and Site Utility Inspector for Tulsa Inspection Resources as a Representative for Enbridge US Mainline Projects. GREYCOR, Duke Energy, Edwardsport, IN - January 2011 to June 2011 Position – Supervisor / QA: Duties included scheduling of welders, monitor all contractor activities to ensure compliance with project specific policies, standards, and requirements. Audit material deliveries, such as pipe and fittings, inspect welds and installed piping, structural supports all necessary materials for the job per ASME Code Section IX, B31.1 B31.3 so it would pass inspection by GE Start-up the first time to eliminate the need for any repair or rework to get the job done right and in a safe and timely manner, and complete all required documentation daily.

Flour, Southern Energy, Atlanta, GA- January 2010 to January 2011 Position – Supervisor / QA: Responsibilities include verification of materials, checking fit-up, preheat/post-heat, inter pass temperatures and monitoring of welding processes, including manual and automatic for weld procedures qualification according to Client Specifications and Code compliances with ASME B31.1, B31.3, D1.1 and API Standard 1104.
