Managed Baltimore/Carroll/Howard/Anne Arundel County territory market representing $19M in annual sales.

Consulted 40+ Subway restaurants with 50+ operating franchise owners in Howard, Baltimore, and Anne Arundel Counties, MD through monthly store visits and annual business reviews.

Developed territory through geographical sales mapping and conducting new store openings/transfers.

Increased portfolio sales and increasing customer counts over the past 18 years. In 2004, my portfolio of stores had $9M in annual sales and now my territory has grown to over $19M.
