Started off as a repair man fixing pallets and painting them as well for 5 years. Moved on to being a Forklift Driver for a good 6 years. I moved pallets from the floor of the factory to the trucks so they could be delivered to their respective stores. I reached 10 years working for Millwood during this time period. After this I got promoted to be a Supervisor for the company for the first shift. I would open the factory and start the morning meeting with all the team members to let them know their goals for the day. If the members needed help on the floor, I would sometimes go out and get on a forklift to assist them. If the numbers for the pallets were low, I would also go and help the repair men as well. I learned how to use the machinery while I was in my forklift years and if someone needed help with that, I wouldn't hesistate to go out and help. At the end of the shift, I would do floor inventory and upload it all into the system.
