Supporting the 7-Eleven/Speedway Network Transformation, Network Operations & Voice teams as an IT Project Manager. Providing data analysis and project management support to define & implement the strategy for rolling out Network Transformation capabilities for over 10,000 7-Eleven and Speedway stores. Complete replacement of store networking equipment and assessment along with recommended updates to store network capabilities.

The Network Transformation program replaces End-of-Life, Out-of-Support equipment at the Data Centers & over 10,000 fuel convenience stores across the U.S. & Canada.
