I'm in charge of keeping case files both physically and electronically up to date, and I'm also a purchasing cardholder who buys office supplies and equipment for the agents. I distribute equipment order forms, send them to the vendor for processing, and create purchase orders for all of the office's equipment. I'm in charge of helping the agents with narcotics shipment labels that will be transported to the Drug Enforcement Administration Laboratory in Dallas, Texas. By assisting in the day-to-day management of the office's activities and completing different recordkeeping, reporting, and informational functions such as compiling, maintaining, and updating computerized records, I give administrative support to managers, supervisors, and staff members. I plan and execute assignments independently in accordance with established policies and practices, relying on my understanding of fundamental concepts, principles, regulations, and procedures connected to planning, organizing, evaluating, and improving services and processes. For large gatherings of law enforcement professionals, I book appointments, coordinate meetings, and set up meeting space. I connect with staff via email to ensure that they are informed of important information and any service, office, or agency-wide changes, and I direct phone calls after identifying the type of the call, the relevance of the business, and referring the call to the proper division. On a multi-line phone system, I receive, log, screen, and direct incoming calls.

CBP TECHNICIAN/ PORT OF PROGRESO-DONNA, CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION

I assisted with inspections and investigations by looking for, acquiring, filtering, and presenting factual information or explanations pertaining to the inspection or investigation's subject. I gathered background information on subjects of inspections or investigations through record searches, structured interviews, automated information retrieval, phone inquiries, or correspondence; I informed authorized persons about the status of specific investigations; I explained licensing or other requirements, including exceptions or exemptions, to persons or organizations subject to regulations; and I compiled final investigative reports with the help of my colleagues. I was in charge of the Local Property Officer's tasks, which include receiving equipment and putting it to the inventory. Creating assets in SAP and updating SAP with daily property updates. Getting the property ready for excess, constructing the SF-120, and relocating equipment to other ports or out for repair are all tasks that must be completed. For the annual inventory, I assigned inventory takers. I was a Purchase Card Holder, which means I was in charge of purchasing products for port operations and The Southern Operations Command. Some of the Budget tasks fall to me, such as credit card statement reconciliation and port budgets. In addition to those duties, I provided budget reports for the Port Director and Deputy Port Director. I kept track of all budgets, property, buying, and personnel files in a filing system. I would collaborate with the Supervisor, Deputy Port Director, and Port Director daily. I go above and above my given responsibilities by aiding the Port Director and Supervisors with any technical concerns that I was capable of handling. I assisted in the preparation of a crucial meeting for the Port Director. I help the vehicle officer by arranging maintenance on government vehicles and keeping track of their fuel consumption and mileage. I provided administrative support to Border Patrol when they put up the temporary tent in Donna, Texas.

I was responsible for managing all systems within the network infrastructure and resolving any problems that arise by troubleshooting the issue and determining the best line of action. Managing Microsoft Exchange, including adding and removing users, as well as active directory, DHCP, DNS, Print Server, File Share, Switches, and Routers, as well as making drops, deploying new systems, and managing images for those systems. I am well-versed in Smart Technologies hardware and software. I've also been in charge of instructing our teachers on how to use all of the instructional software and equipment. I was also in charge of all new hire training. I'm also experienced with completing and filing E-Rate forms, which helped pay the district's technology department. Using the Apple Configurator to manage the Apple iPad is one of my responsibilities. I also kept track of over 1,000 electronic devices' inventories. I also help with budget management, quote requests, and purchase order requests. I kept an open channel of communication with all vendors in addition to my other responsibilities.

HYGIENE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR AND MECHANIC/ UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS

I was responsible of keeping track of and maintaining all hygiene equipment both in and out of the field. I was responsible for repairing broken equipment and getting the machines in working order. In addition to delivering fuel for all equipment that required it, I was also responsible for providing all assistance to Infantry Units. I was also in charge of keeping track of all of my Company's Marines and Sailors' service records. Teamwork was an acquired and lived skill.
