As the President, Owner and sole Founder of THE VERO GROUP LLC, I was responsible for developing the Vero Software System, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for wholesale auto auctions. This platform supported online sales, accounting, marketing, customer service, financial transactions, and operational reporting, and was used by over 50 auctions nationwide. In my role, I was involved in all aspects of the business, including business analysis, product development, project management, quality assurance, client support, and account management. I was also responsible for selling the company's IT assets to Webxloo LLC in April 2017. I have extensive experience in the automotive industry and am skilled in managing SaaS operations and their development. My team consisted of 25 individual architects, developers and support personnel.

As an investor in LIVEWIRE LLC, I was involved in the company's acquisition of H.O. Software for 110 million USD in 1998. In 2000, LIVEWIRE LLC sold H.O. Software to VRSN (NASDQ: Verisign) for 350 million USD. This successful investment helped drive significant growth for LIVEWIRE LLC, and I am proud to have been a part of the team.

As the EVP and Co-Founder of HO SOFTWARE LLC, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including product development, quality assurance, testing, client services, and education/training. Additionally, I was responsible for sales and marketing for our premier billing and customer care software system, which was used in the cellular mobile radio system and licensed by the FCC of the US government. Under my leadership, the company experienced consistent revenue growth of 100% year over year for 8 consecutive years. This resulted in annual revenue of 14.0 million USD, starting from zero. I successfully managed a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals to develop and deliver a cutting-edge software solution that met the needs of our clients and exceeded their expectations. In addition to my responsibilities at HO SOFTWARE LLC, I also played a key role in developing strategic partnerships and relationships with key industry stakeholders. This helped to increase the company's visibility and credibility within the cellular mobile radio system industry. As the Project Manager for THE RICHARD L VEGA GROUP LLC, I was responsible for overseeing the funding, construction, compliance, and operation of various cellular radio telephone licenses issued by the FCC for RSA's (rural service areas) in the southeastern USA. This involved obtaining federal, state, and local regulatory approvals and authorizations, as well as maintaining continued compliance with the same. In this role, I also established and serviced multi-million-dollar credit facilities with leading telecommunications companies such as Motorola, Northern Telecom, Lucent, and Ericsson. This required strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the telecommunications industry.

I was also responsible for managerial oversight and IT system selection for the organization. This involved making strategic decisions about technology and long-term contract negotiations with key partners such as Bell Telephone, landowners, and software and system suppliers. I also played a key role in assisting with the negotiation and sale of licensed properties. Overall, my experience as a Project Manager at THE RICHARD L VEGA GROUP LLC has given me a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, as well as the skills necessary to successfully manage complex projects and partnerships.
