I have more than 25 years of working experience mainly as Quality Lead for EPC Projects, Performance Management, Project Management for Planning and Control and Process Improvement Specialist, working in Venezuela, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Haiti and Mexico, mainly for companies as PDVSA oil national company in Venezuela, General Electric Power and SAIPEM for the Oil
, Energy and Electrical Power Sector.
During my professional career, I have developed skills that allow me to effectively manage critical processes and apply Quality Management concepts and tools for Continuous Improvement, Prevention of Defects and Rework, Maximize Added Value and Minimize Waste in the development of deliverables of a Project, Control Quality Costs, and Improve the Comprehensive Performance of Work teams, for which I can offer my clients or supervisors a guarantee of expected results for challenging objectives.
