Assisting with Respiratory care and assessment, including suctioning, trach management and vent management, all forms of IV and Oral medication administration including, but not limited to Emergency Meds, Heart Rate Control/ Arrhythmia meds, antibiotics, TPN and blood products. Frequently acting Charge R.N. Providing ongoing assessment of clinical goals and discharge needs, including patient/family teaching, r.e. disease management, collaboration with physicians, social workers, therapists, and patients and their family members.
