NOTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Strategically led the integration and alignment of the System’s governance functions and framework for a newly acquired 500+ bed hospital facility and an offshore risk and insurance entity.
Successfully executes and manages agenda planning, documentation review, coordination and overall logistics for over 150 systemwide board, committee and strategic planning meetings annually.
Established and implemented guidelines for C-suite executives for the developing content and presentation materials to increase operational efficiencies and facilitate meaningful engagement and dialogue at board and committee meetings.
