Consulted on multiple business opportunities for the distribution center, make and manufacturing facility

The facility was running a new WMS system named ORACLE R12, aided in creating new SOPs for the distribution center and make / manufacturing facility.

Make and manufacturing facility was running ineffectively, aided in the diagnosis and correction through a continuous flow of the shred line by creating an auto-tote that had a computer-aided lever so the line would not shut down, this corrected quality issues and save over 2.5 million dollars.

Shortened 90-minute daily downtime dry clean to less than 15 minutes of complete downtime increasing the through-put of the efficiency of the line by increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to over 200,000 additional pounds per week.
