Sunbelt Equipment Rental. February 2019- November 2019 Customer service/ Back house lead associate- I was responsible for checking in returned equipment and verifying that it was returned in good working condition. I inputted reservations, returns, and transfers in the computer system while assisting my fellow employees at the front sales counter. I was responsible for inventory management and having equipment ready for the delivery drivers. I went on service calls, assisted with deliveries, and customer inquiries. I also worked in correspondence with the service manager that the mechanics and the reservation orders were on the premises.

Customer service associate-Responsible for assisting prospects in selecting appropriate equipment based on their needs either for sale or rental. Also provided tutorials on operating the equipment safely and correctly as well as loading according to D.O.T. standards. I made small engine repairs and serviced equipment in any downtime I had.
