Hard working, highly motivated team player with over 25 years experience in the food industry. I was a steward for 6 years on one platform (SP60CF) during the time before/ after hurricanes Ivan,Katrina, and Rita, in which the platform was seriously damaged. Construction crews at peak times brought P.O.B. up to 80 people on board. Also supervised catering crew of 8-12 workers. Restaurant experience includes
