Accounts Manager (F&A): March 2021 to Present Working The company has a bauxite mining project named “Bon Ami” in Conakry, Guinea, West Africa. The company has obtained an Exploitation License in 2017, consisting of an area of 124 Sq.km of bauxite deposits. The overall CAPEX of the project is USD 180m, the estimated annual production is 10m tons and the annual turnover of the company is USD 550m p.a. All the development work is on full swing, and production is estimated from Q1 2023. The Dynamic Mining Group has its presence in Mauritius, Singapore, UAE, and Guinea. This is closely held group and running more than 20 companies in different segment like Oil & Gas, Mining, Transhipment, Real estate etc. Job Responsibilities:
At present, I am handling more than 8 entities including company, branches, overseas entities at Mauritius. My job profile includes:
• Routine Accounting including all bank payments, Vendor Invoice, Utility Bill and monthly end closure vouchers
• Branch Handling with main entity at Mauritius, all accounting is done in Dubai
• Month End closure details for Expense Payable, Prepaid Expenditure, Accruals, Ageing & Depreciation and FAR etc.
