enters the building while taking care of the needs for the cards issued.
Check selected areas and walk area inside and outside as required by

access to and around property at various locations.

NETWORK ASSISTANT, COMPUTER TECH. Originally hired for the network programmer, but the duties expanded since the time of hire. Presently duties involve repair, service, and installation of Windows-based and Apple-based computer hardware (including laptops) and the setup of software. Troubleshoot computer problems and perform on-site repairs as needed. Suggestions and setup for computer arrangements for the user needs and connection to networks (networking). The use of specialized tools and maintain knowledge, when necessary, and do the maintenance of the computer equipment. Such duties would require comprehensive understanding of electronics. This management would involve checking networks and users which may connect to local and internet.
02/10/86 to 05/17/94 – Eastman Kodak, Odessa, Texas
FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER. Serviced Kodak copiers (by products of Cannon
, IBM copiers), Apple computers, and color (copiers) Halmark Caroprint machines:
utilized the use of laptops, signal generators (counters), VTVM and electrical down to
modular level. Diagnose and repair circuit boards and other system controls along with
the parts control. Serviced a 100-square mile territory of copier customers as
a sole representative of Kodak based out of Odessa. Maintained excellent customer
relations, partly through customer service and the training and partly though being
on call, whether at work, at home, or in transit. Maintained company vehicle
and parts management as needed.
FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTAIVE. Received 30 months of technical
training (throughout entire tenure at Kodak; requiring up to 6-weeks out of town).
Servicing Kodak and IBM copiers, and Apple computers. Received top merit and
customer service ratings.

(X-ray machines and equipment, cassettes, film processors, leading protection,
