Licensed to practice as a PN in The State of Pennsylvania. 4.0 GPA and award honoree by Geisinger Medical Centers Tertiary Care Unit.

CARDINAL SENIOR MANAGEMEN: PCHA/DON (Oct 2017 – Present (3yrs 6mo))

Director or nursing responsible for 110-140 bed Personal & Memory Care Retirement Community. Assess and facilitate admissions. Coordinate care of residents with ongoing Level of Care Evaluations through End of Life.

Adhere to all PCHA criteria as assistant administrator.
