. Directed 8 employees within accounting department, handled all financial aspect of multi franchise automobile dealership (Lamborghini, Audi, Pagani, Lotus and Used exotic vehicles).

. Above location became corporate office of additional Lamborghini automobile dealership: opened February of 2008 in Palm Beach County. This facility was sold in 2011.

. New franchises added: Pagani in 11/2014, Karma 09/2016,

In addition to the automobile financial aspects, managed book-keeping for 2 Real Estate rental properties owned by CEO, Marine Brokerage company dealing with exotic European brands, a family nonprofit organization, and a Carwash facility aside from dealership operation.

Chief Financial Officer

. In addition to Marlin Mazda’s automobile dealership, I took over new acquisition of two more franchises in 2000 (Ford and Honda). Directed 22 employees at the accounting department within the corporate office. I was promoted to CFO at this point.

. Directed staff of 6 employees within accounting department and indirect supervision over the rest of clerical force within other dealership’s departments as a Comptroller from 1992-2000 under Marlin Mazda Acquisition.

. Worked alongside upper management within all financial aspects of the organization. Handled entire operation of a separate corporation created to process Special Financing (Bank lending institution) for vehicles sold at this dealership that did not qualify for traditional financing. Comptroller

. Supervised a 15-employee accounting department including cashiers and telephone operators for a multi-line vehicle dealership including Nissan, Mitsubishi & Suzuki franchises.

. Supervised and trained the accounting staff for two other locations out of the area as well travel to these locations to prepare data, especially at the end of the year for Corporate Tax returns bookkeeping to be submitted to CPA’s firm. Assist, mentor and train Office Managers at these locations to properly executive end-of-month book closing and preparation of their Financial Statements.

These other franchises were: Chevy & Oldsmobile (Bill Seidel’s Chevy-Oldsmobile at Orlando, FL and Bell Seidel’s Mitsubishi at Marietta, GA).

Accounting Department Manager 1984.

Highly trusted position in a high-tech environment using CRT with Reynolds & Reynolds and Ford Motor Company. Hired as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Costing Clerk in 1980.

Taking care of vehicle inventory, floor plan and finance reserve reconciliations as well as bank reconciliations, process and finalize accounting missing documents reports.

Promoted to Accounting Department Manager in 1984 with an accounting staff of 8 employees under my supervision, reporting to the comptroller.
