Inspects the facility regularly (at least weekly) to ensure all areas are kept in a neat, orderly, clean, safe, and efficiently operating condition.

Ensures adequate stocking of necessary supplies in kitchens, vending machines, lunchroom, lounges, conference rooms, first aid rooms, restrooms, and meeting center rooms.

Warehouse Manager C H Briggs Hardware Co. Baltimore, MD 2004 - 2016

Responsible for the daily operations of the Baltimore warehouse, including supervision of six warehouse staff and eight drivers.

Manage the payroll budget and ensure proper timekeeping of budgeted hours, and ensure overtime remains at a minimum.

Responsible for hiring all warehouse personnel and drivers.

AS400 system: Roadshow Routing System

Handle all money transactions that run through the Baltimore Branch.

Oversee and schedule supply deliveries from the Reading, PA and Quakertown, PA locations.

Responsible for over a million dollars of inventory and inventory control of all three warehouses.

Responsible for handling the routing of and ensuring timely delivery of all scheduled deliveries.

Ensure all drivers DOT paperwork meets DOT standards and verify that all DOT physicals and driver’s licenses are valid and up to date.

Oversee maintenance of all company vehicles and work with the leasing companies to ensure vehicle safety and oversee maintenance of the Baltimore location building.

Responsible for moving the Baltimore location to the Savage location in a timely and efficient manner.
