Adapting
Despite my brief time at the hotel, I was put in charge of training new staff on the front desk and handling reservations, phone etiquette and money handling. I have spent a significant portion of the fall focusing on recruiting and travelling, especially on weekends, whist handling my full-time class load without issue.
LEADERSHIP
I have been a college coach for 6 years, teaching young men out of high school how to be good people after they finish playing. We teach them responsibility and managing expectations as well as developing their abilities to handle adversity and adapt to change.
