As a remote Mortgage Loan Closer I closed 30+ Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, purchase and refinance loans per month using Calyx Point and XDOC. Prepared ICD's, COC CD's, closing instructions, balanced CD's with title, reviewed entire files for accuracy, and drew final loan documents following Underwriting, CFPB, Federal & State guidelines, and company policy. Worked closely with title company's in order to maintain all scheduled closing dates and times. Reviewed all signed loan documents once closing was complete, ordered wires, and authorized funding. As a post-closer I compiled signed loan documentation and sorted it for the investor, completed UCD's with FNMA and FHLMC on Conventional loans, registered MERS, paid VA Funding Fees and FHA UFMIP, and activated MI.
