Support DoD, DoS, HHS, Postal Services, United Nations, USAID, and NASA in the accomplishment of National interests. Exceeded business goals in 2018-2021. I established a strategy for double digit growth in 2020 and 2021. Restructured the staff in 2018 that included the addition of Client Executives and a multi-functional cell that created an additional 20B in new business pipeline. Brought the company capabilities in fighting COVID. Brought in 200M in revenue by creating and staffing alternate care facilities for the State of Georgia and Navajo Nation and executed a flawless testing protocol for the Southeast Conference athletics.

Commanding General, Training Division West, Fort Hood Texas 2009 - 2011

Commanded seven Brigades, 48 Battalions across the Western United States responsible for training military units for global operations. Trained over 40,000 Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen each year for combat operations. Managed a budget of $89.3M.

Deputy Commanding General, Third U.S Army, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait 2008 - 2009

Responsible for leading and managing over 21,000 troops in Kuwait and overseeing the daily sustainment of more than 300,000 troops in Southwest Asia, Horn of Africa, and Egypt with a $20B annual operating budget.

Director Force Development, Army Staff, G8, Washington D.C 2006-2008

Director for a 400 person Directorate responsible for building the Army investment strategy, research, development, training and evaluation (RDTE) and procurement programs totaling $200B across the Army budget cycle. Provided immediate equipping support to forces in combat. Was the Army lead into the Joint Requirements process. Responsible in G-8 for the Army’s tactical vehicle strategy to Joint Staff, OSD, and Congress.
