Restructured the staff in 2018 that included the addition of Client Executives and a multi-functional cell that created an additional 20B in new business pipeline. Commanded seven Brigades, 48 Battalions across the Western United States responsible for training military units for global operations. Trained over 40,000 Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen each year for combat operations. Managed a budget of $89.3M.
Deputy Commanding General, Third U.S Army, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait 2008 - 2009
Responsible for leading and managing over 21,000 troops in Kuwait and overseeing the daily sustainment of more than 300,000 troops in Southwest Asia, Horn of Africa, and Egypt with a $20B annual operating budget.

Director for a 400 person Directorate responsible for building the Army investment strategy, research, development, training and evaluation (RDTE) and procurement programs totaling $200B across the Army budget cycle.
