Promoted all the Bank's products to over 1000 clients in my portfolio, ensured end to end service of clients' financial needs, delivering exceptional customer service and increased revenue lines. Resulting in a $3.8 million portfolio growth.

Sold $6.4 million worth of commercial and consumer credit to Business and Personal Banking clients. Achieved this by identifying and recommending products and solutions to best serve clients’ needs while operating within the Bank’s risk parameters.

Analyzed credit applications, performed due diligence of clients’ financials and third-party reports, model cashflow, present and defend application to management credit committee for approval. Continually monitor compliance of disbursement covenants.

Led branch operations during the absence of the substantive branch manager, supervised 12 sales and operational front-line and back-end staff. During these periods, the branch recorded zero risk incidents and 100% scores on all service parameters.

July 2015 to April 2018 - Internal Service Manager (Omni Bank Ghana)

Duties include but not limited to;

Started the main administrative support services and supply chain unit of the Bank with projects including authoring and implementing policies, procedures and systems for procurement, vendor engagement and logistics distribution for the Bank and its 32 branches and offices. I managed the purchasing process including reviewing RFQs and received proposals & tenders, and approving purchase decisions.

Coordinate company-wide expense request into the annual budget, review, adjust and submit for management approval, and justify spend. Managed an annual budget of $3 million with no budget overruns with a 6% savings in 2017 through enhanced supply contracts, requisition system and strengthen service provision systems.
