RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct or Escort guests to their seats
Provide menu and give detailed information of menu items
Suggest daily specials
Serve welcome drinks and take orders
Repeat orders to ensure accuracy
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure that all orders are delivered on time
Ensure the accuracy and quantity of every order
Serve food as it arrives and refill glasses
Prepare tables by laying table cloth and dishes
Deliver food items to tables in a professional and timely manner
Ensure that food presentation is up to the mark
Maintain appropriate stock levels
Attempt to up-sell food and beverage item
Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests
Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel.
Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products
Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
Always communicate with the team member and motive them to help each other.
Always take an ownership to solve the guest quires.
