■Reviewed, investigated, and concluded more than 100 associate investigations; cases including harassment, workplace violence, theft, and misconduct.

■Placed over 150 available positions with MDW2 associates at different Amazon launching sites as part of the Away Team. Acted as Point of Contact for all Away Team members.
