● Worked closely with Campaign Director to execute outreach plan

● Contacted 640+ shops and maintained relationships with 80 barbers and stylists across the Commonwealth online, on the phone, and in-person (travel was required)

● Recruited and trained 3 fellows and 2 volunteers remotely on how to communicate with barbers and stylists (I wrote 4 scripts and provided talking points using my knowledge of phone banking and our local communities- both in English and Spanish)

● Communicated with Spanish speaking salon and barbershop owners and staff during in-person visits to the shops along Hull St. Road, South Richmond, resulting in nearly 100% saying yes to putting up posters and displaying cards.

● Communicated, in both English and Spanish, Biden-Harris’s message and informed approximately 1.200 voters of their rights and of early mail-in, drop box, in-person, and day of voting opportunities in downtown Reading, PA where there is a large Hispanic population as well as having deeper conversations when appropriate.

● Excelled at relationships and morale building in person and via phone calls, FaceTime, and texts with all of our staff (canvassers were paid).

● Scheduled and launched 8 canvasses

● Led 2 teams (8 people) on Election Day (Team Speed of Light hit at least 400 doors)
