Achieving Multi-Million-Dollar Top Line Revenue Growth: Grew Fitz, Vogt and Associates business in 2014 from $17 million to $23 million top line. During the same year and an additional half-year able to maintain 97% client retention. In September of 2015 personally led the opening, with district and other support, of 4 new accounts with 11 locations, which proved instrumental in adding an additional $3 million in top line revenues.

Instituting Triple-Digit Annualized Savings: Collaborated with a 5-member regional team to develop and implement a

'seamless service' model in 11 of Marriott Senior Living Services Assisted Living communities. This resulted in an annualized savings on $150,000 with the group reconfigured in 2003 into a corporate team of 15. Recognized as the only regional, to develop the roll out to the remaining 87 communities. Generating an estimated annualized savings of $850,000. In both endeavors personally charged with the recommendation and development of all food and beverage functions.

Delivering Double-Digit Client Satisfaction: Developed and sold an 'All Day Dining' concept in retirement communities that increased resident choice and their overall satisfaction to more than 85% in first year. This concept also increased overall family satisfaction to more than 90% for the same time frame. Subsequently, the total cost improved 13% ($87,000 annually) with the key drivers being breakfast available all day and improved less expensive à la carte options. As a result of success able to apply the concept to independent school and higher education accounts in later years.

Managing National Employee Training/On-Boarding Functions: Entrusted by senior management to serve as National Trainer for the General Managers and Executive Director role in the Marriott Senior Living Services division. Consequently, over the next 2 years responsible for the training/on-boarding of 2 to 4 new property leaders every other month. Oversaw ongoing training in the functional areas of assisted living, special dementia care, activities, finance and food service that utilized on-site leadership.
