11/21-11/22 President- Club Northwest Grants Pass Oregon In November of 2021, I moved to Grants Pass to move the club out of COVID and into profitability. The club has been in existence for 25 years and is a top 100 Health Club in the country. (Club Industry Magazine). We changed the rate structure and restructured the team, resulting in a $250k change in profit in a year. Notable Achievements:

● Review of all rates and changed schedule, resulting in $250k change

● Restructured the team for efficiency.

● Changed Payroll system to Paylocity for less labor and less cost

● Managed $200k capital upgrade to the aquatics center and facility

● Implemented employee recognition program for both quarterly and annual recognition 6/2015-11/21 General Manager Bend Golf and Country Club I was hired to recover the operations after Bend Golf Club survived a difficult 3 years without a General Manager- Bend Golf Club is a 501-C7 member-owned, non profit club chartered in 1924, and recognized as a business in 1925. There are 350 members in golf, and over 500 combined memberships.

Notable Achievements:

● Financial recovery from 2.1 Million in debt 2015, to one of the only debt-free clubs in 2020.

● Creation of 100k Break Fix fund, 100k Long Term fund within 3 years upon debt recovery.

● Cash flow $228K in excess of Profit and Loss for funds.

● New Website- Improved communication and organization for the members and department

● Implemented a new Point of Sale for all operations to coordinate and integrate for savings

● Instated a request for proposal program for all vendors saving upwards of 60k annually

● New electronic payroll system- Savings and control of payroll processes

● New Revenue Streams through programs introducing people to Bend Golf Club.

● Positioning and branding for the club- “where you belong”

● Retrained staffing operations in Food and Beverage for superior service standards.

● Opened in a limited capacity the Restaurant to the public for Food and Beverage savings
