I have been in the real estate industry since 1993. I started out working for California Title. I worked in this industry until 2006. My time spent working title was quite the learning experience. My passion was always showing agents how to build their business, build a business plan and create a great mindset and work on their skills. I was recruited in 2006 by Keller Williams Realty to run their La Mesa office. I built that office from 75 agents to 305 agents. My main skillset was recruiting and leadership with the top 20% of agents. I was Keller Williams Realty's top recruiter 2 years in a row, nationwide. I ended up purchasing my own franchise. I built my office in Eastlake (Chula Vista). I opened my office with 150 agents, well over 50% of them were top tier agents. I sold the franchise in 2014. It is still in operation today. My focus has been running my own real estate business and helping my husband with his development business.

I think my biggest asset is my focus on what my goal is. I create a plan and execute. I feel sales are really basic, but if you don't have the willingness and desire to do it, along with a strong vision, you won't accomplish much. I am very much focused on helping others build a true business, not just look for the next deal. Mindset and desire will make or break your business.

My goal is to help others while creating opportunity that will allow me to give back on a larger scale.

My experience goes well beyond the "sales" industry. My first business I started was a consulting business, born out of my job working in a hospital. I saw the need most physicians have, no business experience, and decided to recruit physicians to work with me, so their time spent in the office was on what they do best, work with patients, not run the office. I was very successful at this and loved the results. In 1992 I was recruited by a mortgage company to work with them to grow their client relations. From their I was recruited into the real estate industry.

I then had them put it on paper, held them accountable to it and we all enjoyed the results
