Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager with ultimate responsibility for the delivery of the project with respect to all structure works, related construction works.

Conduct feasibility studies, economic analyses, municipal and regional traffic studies, environmental impact studies or other investigations.

Conduct field services- Feasibility studies, economic analysis, logistic condition, traffic analysis and arrangement of commencement of civil works,

Conduct technical analysis of survey and field report.

Prepare the Method statements, risk assessments, work Notifications, and Request for information, raising the technical queries, clashing of works with existing and proposed utilities, authority corridors, preparing the inspection requests and daily progress reports.

Establish and implement with the Engineering Manager an effective technical management and change control process throughout the life of the project.

Assisting the project Planner for planning the work schedule, clause 14 program and construction schedule as per the client requirement.

Coordinate with subcontractor’s and supplier’s progress at site and arranging meeting with them for progress schedule and ensure the works completed within safety, quality and on time

Monitor and control the project within the schedule time and in a cost limit with safety and quality.

Preparing and sending the letters to Consultant and Client for Progress of works, Authority approvals requests, Obstruction of works, Delays, claims and EOT.

Coordinate with Contractors, vendors suppliers for production delivery on schedule time

Coordinate with Consultant, Client and Stake holders regarding the Progress of works and related issues.

Liaise with Project QS for cost related issues, allocated budget, allowances, sub contractors’ prices, variations and claims and design issues etc.

Presentation of Weekly/ monthly progress to the Higher management.

Formulate the methodology of the execution of works and obtain consultant/ client and authority approvals.

Report to Divisional Manager for Weekly production and budget expense verses allowable budget.

Running the site from Set up to completion, controlling all aspects of site operations and manage the team
