Working remotely I have been contacting companies since 2019 to advise them of the potential fire hazard they may experience from the specific laptop model battery recall released by the Panasonic Company. The laptops may have been either purchased from a Panasonic dealer or a reseller.
Using spreadsheet information to determine the amount purchased, I check to see if the laptops are the defective model and input the customers information in the spreadsheet forms.
