After Toyota corporate training at the truck plant, I created a truck culture where there wasn't one. I held regular training meetings and was asked to speak with every truck prospect for the Tacomas and Tundras. I then moved to the sales manager desk, leading a team of 15. Turnovers and desking deals were my responsibilities. I also helped appraise vehicles using Vauto.

This position was quite an experience. Not only was I the Truck Sales Manager for both ADDRESS new & used, I hired, fired, trained and managed the sales staff, was the Floor Closer and Greencastle & Inventory Manager and handled bids and municipal sales. I quadrupled the truck sales by Lancaster, PA ordering the correct vehicles for the area, rather than follow the pre-ordered vehicles from PHONE Ford. Despite this success, management seemd to be struggling financially. Within a 717-***-**** few months after leaving, the dealership was sold to another local store & the two stores EMAIL were combined.
