Senior Operations Supervisor

Senior Operations Supervisor responsible for the overall operational start-up of a 1.1 million sq ft warehousing facility for the liquid soap (Proctor & Gamble) manufacturing facility based in Lima, OH. The operational startup consisted of HR requirements, labor planning, time management, staff supervision, customer service, shipping/receiving, inventory control, quality assurance, safety and security.

• The operational start-up consistently met and exceeded company service and cost objectives, which enabled me to have the opportunity to assist in the operational start-up of the Pringles (P&G) account in Jackson, TN

• Due to exceeding the cost objectives in to operational start-up, a customization project from P&G was requested. The project consisted of manipulating finished product into display units for customers such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and Costco. The project was so successful that is now a fulltime project for the operation.

• The facility had zero OSHA record able accidents in the 1st year operation.

Operations Supervisor

As the operations supervisor of an 800k sq ft warehousing facility it was my responsibility to ensure that the customer’s needs were met by providing the appropriate staffing and productivity requirements. This was achieved by appropriately educating and training associates in their areas of responsibility.
