General Contractor/Builder/Manager/Designer/Handyman/Artist/Musician

I have always been a problem solving, creative, motivated, and goal oriented individual. I have 30 years of experience in construction and general contracting. I started in humble construction trade positions that led me to get licensed and eventually having my own contracting corporation. One of my last construction projects in Los Angeles under my own corporation was on a beachfront home in Malibu that was featured in Dwell Magazine. That project was one of the many buildings that I constructed or was a part of constructing in Hollywood, Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades and Glendale, California. I am also an abstract artist and have been pursuing that path since moving to Virginia in 2015. My art has been featured in the local library and other venues. I write and perform music and perform at venues in the DC metro area. I believe I would bring proven experience and technical knowledge to your organization. My key skills are analyzing an issue, identifying the solution, and quickly and accurately accomplishing the work.
