oCompleted an economic impact study of military spending for the State of Missouri in 2018. This was the second EI study I conducted. The first was in 2016 while still at the University of Missouri.

oAdjunct teaching for two smaller colleges (State Fair Community College and Columbia College).

Associate Professor Industrial Engineering

oTaught entrepreneurship in the University of Missouri College of Engineering using tools like the “business model canvas” and “lean startup”. For startups, focused on value proposition, business model, market identification and development, and business plan.

oCreated a five-organization statewide coalition that won a three-agency federal challenge grant to build a nuclear supply chain in Missouri. Served as Principal Investigator (PI) on that three year $2.1+ million program. Results were, 400+ new jobs, $12.5+ million in new capitalization for client companies, $22+ million increased revenues for client companies & over 200 new enrollments to the University of Missouri and the Tech College grant partners.

oResearch on “Cheetahs” described above. Created and administered other research and program evaluation projects as well.

Associate Professor of Business

oDesigned, developed, and taught all the behavioral management and entrepreneurship courses in the Cedarville University Business School. That involved teaching traditional-age junior/senior students in subjects such as: Organizational Behavior, HR, and Entrepreneurship.

oCreated the first entrepreneurship center and program at that university. Recruited other faculty to assist. Created the curriculum and taught most of the courses. Our faculty team trained and mentored students that produced several student-led businesses, several of which have gone on to become multi-million dollar businesses.
