I manage and educate on average of 60 students each day by educating them with Mathematics, Social Studies and Reading

With being an educator, I am responsible with safe classrooms practices, managing IEP’s/504’s, communicating with other teachers of the team, communicating with parents, preforming assessments of the students to manage progress

Classroom management is building rapport with the students help them strengthen their weaknesses, encourage their strengths and to have them be an outstanding student to the best of their ability

Being Chair of Intervention Response Team is a task where data was collected of an individual student and then met with parents, other teachers, principal, and school psychologist to best find assistance and resources for the said student

The membership of the Building Committee included the duties of working as a team to implement a budget, policies, and procedures

Joining The Positive Behavior Team allowed skills such as resourcefulness and research in finding practices of raising better behavior and morale amongst the students and to implement those practices

Tutoring was an additional position of being a teacher at the elementary which better assisted the students that needed extra explanation or techniques to understand misunderstood materials
