Responsible for the transactional data entry and management of inventory moves throughout the Beyond Meat supply chain network. The role will track the physical movement of inventory and ensure they are systematically completed in the ERP system

Manage lot-level inventory traceability from production, quality release, transfer to cold storage, and sales orders.

Perform routine inventory transactions in NetSuite, such as receipts, fulfillments, transfers, builds, adjustments, etc.

Maintain consistent documentation from numerous manufacturing and storage facilities including Work Orders, Batching Sheets, Assembly Builds, COAs (Certificate of Authenticity), BOLs (Bill of Lading), Receipts and Inventory Counts.

Perform extensive research on a wide variety of inventory-related reports to identify, triage, and reconcile discrepancies or irregularities in inventories.

Identify and escalate aging or unproductive inventory in partnership with Sales, Procurement, Production Planning, Commercialization and Process Engineering to eliminate unnecessary inventory disposal.

Monitor EDI integration errors and ensure they are addressed with the proper resources.
