02/04-11/04 Field Support Analyst – Fuels Distributor Division
Managed the precise and smooth transfer of service station accounts that were sold by ConocoPhillips to Sunoco and Getty. Acted as liaison between the companies. Identified stations to transfer, set-up account management, and communicated account information to IT, which resulted in a smooth transition of 1,000+ accounts. Prepared and executed Distributor Franchise Agreements, as well as generated addendums as necessary. Supported five territory managers located in southeastern part of the US handling all administrative duties for 80 distributors and 200+ distributor served dealers. First point of contact for SAP Customer Master discrepancies. Responsible for resolving and preparing a plan of action for implementing changes and corrections. Performed as an integral contributor in the pre-implementation of heritage Exxon accounts to SAP to meet a 45-day window. Attended train-the-trainer classes in Fairfax, VA in preparation to teach SAP customer master view capabilities. Conducted classes and trained 84 users of the SAP system. Built queries and ran reports from databases to assist in-house customers.

Controlled and coordinated order placement, payment receipts and account reconciliation for Prepay Dealers. Ensured financial responsibilities were satisfied from prepay dealers to minimize risk to company. Supplied tested and revised all pertinent information with systems enabling the prepay reconciliation letters to be supplied to the dealer through a Voice Automated system. Automation reduced paper, postage, envelopes and man-hour costs of $13,859/year.
