Aircraft Technician—Line Maintenance
Line Maintenance on Airbus Aircrafts (A318/A319/A320/A320 NEO/A321/A330 & Boeing Aircrafts (B737-300/400/500/700/800/900/ B777-300ER/B777-200LR)
Actively involved in maintaining several Aircraft Engines: CFM56, IAE V2500, CFM LEAP 1A, PW1100G-JM series, RR RB 211 TRENT 700, CFM LEAP 1B & GE90.
Carry out headset procedures on all aircraft's handed by the company.
Carry out receiving and push-back procedures on all aircraft we operate.
Perform refuelling on aircraft's in compliance to operating safety procedures.
Actively involved in carrying out Daily, Weekly, and Transit checks on aircraft's men- tioned above.
Perform IDG oil-top up, engine oil top up, and hydraulic servicing.
Carry out wheel changes under AOG conditions in accordance to the respective man- uals.
Assist engineers with component replacement, rectification & testing procedures.

Conducting daily checks ensuring Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of Tools & Equipment's are up to date and any tools that have reached expiry date are sent for re-calibration. Ensuring expired parts and tools are promptly removed and processed for disposal.

Provide Logistic support for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance in AOG situations.

Review all the completed Aircraft Tech Log pages, Work Orders and associated paper work received from maintenance personnel and ensure that the paperwork is com- plete in all respects and meets the regulatory standards & requirements.
Maintain current revision of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (My Boeing Fleet, Airbus World, Standalones, ETC..) and various Maintenance Action Documents.
Circulation of ADs, SBs received from customers we cater to and also from all regula- tory bodies the company answers to (GCAA, EASA, DGCA, ETC..).
Ensure the line stations are prepared for both internal & external audits by regulato- ry bodies (EASA, GCAA, etc) & Customer Airlines.
Handle Regulatory-authority (ie. GCAA) and customer audit inspections.
Corresponding directly with Customer Airline's MCC, Tech Publications, Technical Records & QA departments for operational requirements.
Assist Customer billing departments with queries.
Ensuring company's and partners’ MOE standards are met.
Maintain a proper inventory of current and archived records of Aircraft Tech Log pag- es for quick access and ease of recovery.
Controlling of the technical publications in the Line Maintenance stations such as DXB, SHJ, AUH & RKT.
Carried out audit finding closers with corrective actions.
Monitor all trainees in the company & manage their OJT training for the duration and offer continues advice, guidance and mentorship on duties & best practices.
Schedule and roster in the trainees in to the day to day operations.
