“LETTER” OF INTRODUCTION

I wrote this letter/summary because a resume should be a true representation of your unique qualifications and skill sets. The basic templates I came across were ambiguous, so I hope it’s alright that I have added some flare, in order to more accurately represent myself.

I’m a hard-working and organized individual with 15+ years of experience in customer care positions of every variety; including a remote (WAH) position as a call representative. I would describe myself as self-motivated; with the tendency to aim higher than the baseline expectations I’m given. My desire to assist those in need of guidance is entirely candid, and at both call center jobs, I excelled in my Quality Monitoring assessments to the extent of being offered a position as a Call Monitor, myself. My work experience varies, but as a remote agent I have delved in data entry, customer service, troubleshooting, and case investigation. I respond very well to coaching, and take pride in my ability to transform constructive criticism into personal improvements. I have been commended for my skills in conflict de-escalation, case resolution, notation accuracy, and overall work ethic/attitude. I am hopeful that your company will consider me, and allow me the opportunity to prove myself. Helping people is my default mode, therefore I come equipped with the valuable traits and relevant knowledge suited for this enticing position!

As an employee: My skill set is vast, and I absorb/retain information very easily. I’m well versed in anticipating people’s needs, and have advanced active listening skills. My tone of voice, overall job experience, and positive attitude give me the ability to build an appropriate relationship with customers. These qualities allow me to deal with all kinds of personalities (even ones of the complicated sort), without unnecessarily encumbering management. I can communicate clearly using both computer-based and mobile telecommunications, and have a clear speaking voice. I have become extremely comfortable navigating computers, and try to always utilize all resources available. Empathy, likeability, and compassion are my greatest strengths! This allows me to effortlessly connect with people, thus permitting me to focus my intention and efforts on finding resolution, or the optimal outcome.

**NOTE: I meet all the requirements regarding WFH speeds and equipment standards. I already have a complete and fully equipped office, entirely separate from the rest of the house..

-Involved in sports, clubs, and extracurricular activities

-Nominated (but not elected) as “Most Likely to Lend a Helping Hand” for the School Yearbook Senior Superlative Election

-Graduated year of 2006

University Of Central Florida

-Areas of study: Psychology and Biology

-Attended year 2006 through 2010

-Due to changing majors, I did not complete my BA, but did earn a total of 90 course credits

-Majority of credits are associated with my original area of study; Psychology

-Course credit equivalence to Associate Degree or higher

-To clarify: the University did not offer 2 year post-secondary education degrees; just Bachelor’s degrees and Master’s degrees. However, I completed/passed more than the required 60 course credits needed for a typical Associate Degree; that of which is offered at many nearby cooperating institutions.

**Above information seemed necessary, in order to illustrate the true extent of my education. Had I been given a plan, and not toggled between majors, I would have the degree to match the years spent in college. This factor has one great advantage; I would feel honored to help students pursue their education, by utilizing resources and guiding them in the right direction. There would be purpose and joy in my work ethic, if I were gifted with this position.
