Appointed by the President to establish new accounts and manage current clients including a key account, The Upjohn Company (Pharmacia-Upjohn, Pfizer). Began with Label and Insert sales quotas which were exceeded with double-digit growth leading to a promotion into consulting for RFID opportunities as well as Sales Management support.

Accomplishments: (Argent Group)

● Business levels were decreasing and through problem solving analysis and team building techniques, achieved growth from 1.5 Million dollars to just over 4.25 Million (1997-2003).

● Awarded Pfizer’s Outstanding Supplier Award for six of those seven years. This resulted in company expansion in addition to promotion and management responsibilities.

● Developed and implemented a strategy to position the company as a key supplier in the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) market. Managed all marketing and business development for my territory and helped launch this new product line as a result.

● Managed the sales efforts for the Phoenix, AZ, location after acquisition. Coordinated trade shows and lead the team in the training and managing of the west cost sales force for over two years.
