• I organized and facilitated meetings with all shelter cluster partners, drafted and shared minutes of meetings.

• Invited stakeholders of the shelter/NFI/CCCM sector to participate in the coordination meeting, specifying the meeting agenda.

• Ensured that the 345W format is updated for each organization working in the Shelter and nonfood items sector. To do this I regularly checked on all the actors to ensure the format has been updated and I guided them on how to report their activities online if needed.

• I regularly consulted the pipeline of non-food items available in IOM warehouse at country level, identified NFI requests made by sector actors and based on the distribution requests received and what IOM intends to distribute itself I approved the requests.

• Every week I participated in the inter-sectoral meeting to present to other sectors and to the authorities the update of the activities that have been conducted by the shelter and non-food items sector. 1. In relation to the CCCM

• With the local authorities and the population, I planned and directed the assessments of the houses which were damaged / destroyed during the earthquake of August 14, 2021 and proposed solutions to allow the owners of these houses to find a temporary shelter.

• I coordinated the identification of public buildings (school, churches, etc.) which were occupied by families whose houses have been destroyed or damaged. I led the registration of these families and organized a distribution of shelter and NFI items to enable them to return to live on their land and thus allow the public buildings they occupy to resume their function.

• I worked directly with the technical teams responsible for inspecting the condition of the houses and categorizing them according to the damage they have experienced and what danger they would present if people lived there. 2.

Shelter Coordinator-Consultant under CANADEM (October 2020-April 2021)-United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)-Cameroon

Developed 2021 Shelter Cluster Strategy for Cameroon ensuring proper linkages with disaster risk reduction, relief, and recovery and development efforts. are in place for handing over to recovery and development actors.
