Packer/ Sorter Production- October 2021-December 2021

In Production I was in one a machine where all the fruit came down from the tubes, as they came out we would be checking for smalls, the ones that no longer worked, bigger ones sorting them out. In another area I was packaging them inside boxes, closing them and sending them off to the bins to get shipped. Every package/ box was to be weighed before sending of to shipping if not re-weigh and add or subtract fruit from boxes. Another area worked in was fixing boxes into the machine so they wouldn't get stuck while the fruit filled in, at the same time checking they wouldn't over flow, the weigh was correct on the screen. Also, checking all fruit is correct size for the box being filled. I also made different size of boxes, or kinds of boxes depending which ones we would need that day. At the end of the day we would clean all the machines, to leave ready for the next morning.
