Tasks: Locate, contact (through any means from phone to mail, to in-person) survey participants identified by US Census records and engage them in participating in a longitudinal study for the Department of Health and Human Services; administer the survey to them via video, telephone, or in person; arrange payment through Westat, conduct extensive follow-up to ensure future participation, proper payment and to maintain engagement of participants in the study.
