• Eastlake Power Plant, First Energy, Eastlake, OH. Received letter of gratitude from customer for making critical delivery schedule. Authored slide presentation delivered by customer at ABB's Utopia Trade Fair.

• Mercer Station, Unit 2 Power Project, PSEG, Trenton, NJ. Led project team that re-engineered entire control system at plant site. Eliminated back charges and liquidated damages against ABB.

• Port Jefferson Power Station, National Grid, Long Island, NY. Led project team that prevented power disruption and got customer back on-line when primary and redundant connectivity servers failed.
