I managed a small store out of Wilkie Quat at Indiana University. I was the lead Inventory Manager for weekly and monthly reports. I was also the Hiring Manager for student employees and supervisors. I controlled the training throughout the work year.

Another main responsibility of mine was purchasing items for customer use. I did weekly orders for McFarland Milk and Dairy, Coke Products, fresh vegetables and fruit and Sushi. I managed my time daily, knowing what projects needed to be done before the other.

Unfortunatley COVID closed our store January 2021.

Bradford Woods, Mooresville, In - Head Chef

Taught kitchen staff about proper nutrition, food allergies and dietary issues

Cooked and prepared food for over 300 people twice a day 5 days a week

Prepared special meals and dining for catered events hosted at Bradford Woods

Prepared and cooked different recipes daily for both breakfast and lunch.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Black Belt earned after 5 years of learning and training 3 times a week. I also taught childrens karate class while obtaining my brown belt.

I had my lifeguard certification for 4 years. I taught childrens swim class at the YMCA in Martinsville Indiana for 3 years. I also guarded adult classes.

I teach childrens sunday school at River Valley Chrisian Church once a month.
