Responsible for food quality, P/L, food and liquor cost control, staffing marketing and advertising and daily operation of restaurant/pub approaching 1.7 - 2.0 million dollars in sales per year. Adjusted staffing and inventories in conjunction with challenging seasonal sales due to location. Became involved with different organizations to promote O’Shaughnessy’s within the community and public perception.
Buckeye Hall of Fame Cafe, Columbus - Manager

●Entertainment complex encompassing 50,000 square feet featuring two restaurants, banquet facilities and a million dollar game room. The majority of focus was spent in Trophy Room, which is the more formal dining area featuring steaks, seafood and pastas. Responsible for scheduling a staff of 45 - 55 servers, food and liquor costs control, maintaining high food and beverage standards by effectively working with staff on a daily basis. Constant focus on daily and weekly P/L sheets to achieve a profitable business operation.
