Adamus Resources Limited, Nzema Site – Western Region December 2011 – Present Senior Mine Geologist – January 2021 to present.

Responsibilities includes the supervision of Mine geologist in:

MINING OPERATIONS -

• Ensure the maintenance of daily production levels in ore mining and suggest appropriate material for rehandling to mine operations

• Ensure ore mining dig plans are provided for ore spotters and the geology team.

• Together with mine operation, ensured that the daily, weekly and monthly ore mining areas are followed.

• Ensure that ore mining operations floor levels are maintained to prevent ore loss and or dilution

• Ensure that markups in the pits are correct and represent the actual plan.

• Provide updated geological and structural maps of all open pit excavations and mine face and advise on drilling directions and angles.

GRADE CONTROL DRILLING:

• Planning and interpretation of GC holes’ data to ensure ore block modelling achieves best value.

• Provide updates on grade control activities including timelines

• Liaise with Mine planners and mining operation to conduct GC drilling according to the Mine pits’ mining sequence.

• Ensure that GC procedures in the field are duly followed and maintained.

• Ensure that daily production levels in GC drilling are maintained at minimum cost by reducing inefficiencies in drilling. (plods, drill data, logging, data validation, loading into database, data integrity) are reconciled with the drilling contractor

• Ensure that logistics and consumables needed for GC drilling are available and accounted for.

QAQC AND DATABASE MANAGEMENT:

• Ensure that accurate drilling and sampling data are daily, weekly, and monthly recorded and kept safe

• Ensure that all relevant mining and geology operations data are collected and recorded in centric for management report

• Supervise, and ensure that QAQCs such as blanks, duplicates and standards are properly inserted in the field and dispatched correctly to the lab.

• Produce and update vertical sections over the entire strike length of Orebody.

• Effectively monitoring and calculating of material balance and movement using Centric mining systems to properly inform on the material balance available at the near pit stockpiles.

MILL FEED AND ROMPAD MANAGEMENT:

• Report on ore available at the Stockpile and Rompad and suggest most suitable materials for feeding the plant

• Liaise with Mine planners and mining operations to mine the ore that is needed for feeding the processing plant in a given period.

• Manage the Rompad and ensure what is planned to be fed is actual fed daily

• Assist, coordinate and manage Rom pad personnel and activities to meet planned targets.

ORE BLOCKMODELLING:

• The wireframming of ore intercepts, creation of ore domain solids and blockmodel estimation is carried out and made available for mining operations. Mine Production Geologist: Adamus Resources Limited. 2017 – December 2021. Responsibilities included:

• Planning and interpretation of grade control drilling programmes.

• Supervision of sampling programmes such as grabs and channel sampling.

• Supervision of junior Geologist who supervise reverse circulation drilling – Pads preparation, setting of rigs, and the supervision of splitting and dispatching of samples to the laboratory.

• Updating of drill data, drill section plans and plotting.

• Data entry and grade control database management

• Updating of flitch plans for daily mine production

• The use of BMT (Blast Movement Technology) to translate post blast ore locations for mining.

• The use of OrePro 3D software to locate post blast ore locations for mining operation.

• Liaise with Metallurgist, Surveyors, and Mining Engineers to achieve fully integrated set up targets.

• Training and monitoring sampling crew, National Service Personnel, Attachment Students, and Grade Control Technicians.

• Responsible for production reports and Rom pad management

• In house reference material (checks) preparation and any duty assigned to me by a superior.

• Ore block demarcation, and supervision of ore and waste mining.

• Collating daily ore production figures to update mined to date production figures.

Mine Geologist (Shift geologist) – December 2011 – December 2016. Responsibilities:

• Ensure all mining activities are completed according to procedures

• Ensure that ore blocks are correctly marked-out prior to and during excavation.

• Ensure all ore excavation and other material movement activities in the ore zone are supervised to control and minimise dilution.

• Ensure all ore blocks are mined according to flag tapes to prevent ore losses.

• To understand the dynamics and practical limitations of the mining method, with specific regard to mining dilution.

• Ensure that all clients, and production team (geologist, ore spotters, surveyors and operations personnel) are supplied with the appropriate dig plans and ore block information.

• Ensure that ore is dumped on the appropriate fingers at the main rompad

• Take absolute control of the main rompad and make sure the blend is strictly adhered to. Database Geology Roster

• Ensure the timely delivery of daily and weekly mine geology reports.

• Ensure that acquire database is always in good standing.

• Data validation and entry into the mine geology database.

• Maintain core shed supplies and ensure that Store requisitions and external Purchase Orders as required.

• Monitor laboratory turnaround time and QAQC data.

• Ensure that RC drilling and sampling activities are carried out in accordance to procedures.

• Maintain the pit technician roster to ensure adequate manning levels.

• Plan and coordinate core shed activities and ensure sample dispatches are carried out correctly.
