Job Description and Responsibilities

Part of the job is to check the OHT machines by using the constant check sheet and give th e defects free machines to the customer.

Prime responsibility is to conduct Pre-Delivery Audit on finished products & major sub asse mbly components that are built in CIPL to ensure Form, Fit & Functions are meeting the req uirement to deliver defect free products to the customer.

Achieve the BIQ goals i.e. Zero Defects, Zero Injuries, Zero Rework.

Responsible for identifying the defects & process Non-Conformance captured during PDA audit are communicated back to respective area and stop to fix and ensure proper contain ment action take on the inventory stock machines before shipping to the customer.

Test drive machine and check the functional test, steering test, brake test, leak test and eng ine performance.

Finally check the pre delivery inspection.
