Manage a 50-acre training site to train all petroleum logistic specialists for the U.S Army and the Marine corps, in addition to 19 employees, and 175 pieces of equipment. Daily tasks focus on the serviceability of training equipment, accounting and safety of training personnel, quality surveillance, ground maintenance, disposing of hazmat waste, and implementing environmental control. Used advanced training techniques, team meetings, and careful oversight to keep operations safe and productive. Responsible for designing training sites to meet the employers requirement and use experience to conduct live exercises to mirror the Army missions.

Track and coordinate the maintenance and services of 250 pieces of equipment which include the quality assurance program, and serviceability use to certify over 1,800 new employees annually.
